Heather is originally from the Bay Area, after her service in the Navy she settled in San Diego and got her Associate degree in Veterinary Technology. She has been in Arizona for 6 years. Heather joined our team in 2021 and has 9 years of experience in the vet field. In addition to her years of experience in general vet medicine; she has experience in emergency, surgery, and shelter medicine. Heather takes pride in client education and believes the best medicine is preventative medicine. Her plans for furthering her career include taking her certification exam, getting her bachelor's degree, and she hopes to move into management in the years to come. 

When not at work, Heather enjoys spending time with her two daughters and rescue dog “Bandit”. She likes to travel to National Parks and has visited 18 in the last 5 years- she hopes to visit all of them during her life.
